Refund Terms by Service
Personal Legacy Kit ($49 - Digital Download)
All sales are final once digital materials are delivered
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase if technical delivery issues occur
No refunds available after download links are accessed or materials are downloaded
Legacy Portfolio Build ($499 - Done-with-You Service)
Once project has commenced (post client onboarding and initial consultation), no refunds will be issued
Cancellations made before the first working session are eligible for a 50% refund
Project modifications and revisions are included as specified; additional scope changes may incur extra fees
Premium Positioning Review ($99 - Video Consultation)
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled review are eligible for full refund
Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled review are eligible for 50% refund or rescheduling option
No refunds available once the Loom video review has been delivered
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare instances where we are unable to fulfill the agreed-upon deliverables due to circumstances within our control, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at legacy@sovrendigital.com within the applicable timeframe, including your full name, service purchased, order details, and specific reason for the refund request. Refund processing may take 5-10 business days.

Legacy Portfolio Build: Project files retained for 12 months post-completion for revision requests
Premium Positioning Review: Video reviews and analysis notes retained for 30 days post-delivery
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at legacy@sovrendigital.com. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time. For Legacy Portfolio Build clients, you maintain full ownership of your completed bio and portfolio content.
Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sovren Digital's services, website, and digital products. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Sovren Digital offers three distinct personal legacy building services:
Personal Legacy Kit ($49): Digital download package including AI Bio & Signature Phrase Builder, LinkedIn Rewrite Template with Authority Checklist, 1-Page Digital Legacy Template, and Brand Visibility Blueprint. This is a self-service product with no ongoing support.
Legacy Portfolio Build ($499): Done-with-you service including bio polish via Google Docs, custom design on Notion or Google Sites, SEO setup, and hosting guidance. This collaborative service includes direct consultation and revision support.
Premium Positioning Review ($99): 30-minute video consultation delivered via Loom, providing comprehensive review of existing digital presence with actionable upgrade recommendations.
2. Client Responsibilities
Client responsibilities vary by service:
All Services: Provide accurate information, settle invoices by agreed due dates, and maintain professional communication standards.
Legacy Portfolio Build: Attend scheduled consultation sessions, provide timely feedback on drafts and designs, supply necessary biographical information and materials within agreed timeframes.
Premium Positioning Review: Provide access to current digital profiles (LinkedIn, website, etc.) for review, attend scheduled consultation if applicable.
Personal Legacy Kit: No ongoing responsibilities after purchase and download.
3. Intellectual Property
Sovren Digital retains ownership of all proprietary tools, templates, design frameworks, and methodologies. For Legacy Portfolio Build clients, final deliverables (completed bio, custom design, SEO setup) are transferred upon full payment. Personal Legacy Kit templates remain our intellectual property, but clients receive unlimited usage rights for their personal branding. Premium Positioning Review insights and recommendations are provided for client's exclusive use.
4. Service Delivery and Timelines
Personal Legacy Kit: Immediate digital delivery upon payment confirmation. Legacy Portfolio Build: Project completion within agreed timeframe following initial consultation, subject to client feedback responsiveness. Premium Positioning Review: Loom video delivered within 5 business days of scheduled review or profile access.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal, professional, and sensitive information shared during service delivery. This includes biographical details, business information, and strategic insights across all service levels.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sovren Digital is not liable for indirect damages, business loss, or reputational harm resulting from service delivery. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service. For Personal Legacy Kit users, liability is limited to purchase price given the self-service nature of the product.
7. Termination and Modifications
We reserve the right to terminate services if clients breach these Terms or engage in conduct that jeopardizes our team or other clients. For Legacy Portfolio Build, termination after project commencement follows our refund policy. Personal Legacy Kit sales are final upon download.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sydney, NSW.
